And Yet

I am still not dead.

:P

Still trying to find a grove in all this
But definately doing better than last week

And on a side note
I found an absolutely kick ass Vietnamese restaurant here
which is a good thing

Or else I would have to go visit my parents every couple of weeks or so

and yes
I am anti punctuation at the moment

Phew

I
am
tired.

Moved a week ago Saturday, starting work on Monday, and it will be a looooong time before I can recover.

I don't have as much computer access as I used to. But I will update when I can.

It has Begun

There are some things I am going to miss about working where I do [though only through tomorrow].

Jen, who is an all around awesome individual. It's too bad she didn't show up there earlier.

And my desk chair.

The List

You know that episode of 'Friends' where they are making up the list of 5 [I think] celebrities they are allowed to sleep with if given the chance?

Yeah, that's not what I am refering to here.

Anyway.

Nan: Out of everyone in our family did you ever think I would be the one to get a subpoena?

Me: No. You definitely do not rank high on that list.

Mom: Yeah, we all thought it would be Christopher.

---

Nan, who is quite possibly the nicest, sweetest woman on the face of the earth, and a few weeks from turning 80, is most certainly down on my list of people who I think should be getting subpoenaed. For any reason.

In other news, my mother, father and I should not be commiting any crimes in the near [or far] future. All of our finger prints are on file. Ponder that for a while. Now that I think about it, Greg's probably are too.

I guess Chris will have to move the bodies.

Hence why we think he would be subpoenaed.
Or arrested.
Whatever.
;)

Happy Birthday

To Greg

Closer

by Josh Radin

So, we're alone again
I wish it were over
We seem to never end
Only get closer
To the point where I can take no more

The clouds in your eyes
Down your face they pour
Won't you be the new one burn to shine
I take the blue ones every time
Walk me down your broken line
All you have to do is cry

Hush my baby now
Your talking is just noise
And won't lay me down amongst your toys
In a room where I can take no more

The clouds in your eyes
Down your face they pour
Won't you be the new one burn to shine
I take the blue ones every time
Walk me down your broken line
All you have to do is cry

Photographs and brightly colored paper
Are your mask you wear in this caper
That is our life
We walk right into the strife
And a tear from your eye brings me home

The clouds in your eyes
Down your face they pour
Won't you be the new one burn to shine
I take the blue ones every time
Walk me down your broken line
All you have to do is cry

Please

When they strap me in the chair, let them know the murder was just.

3 Days

3 little work days left...
4 days to finish packing...
5 days until I am out of here.

If anyone has the power to move time forward at a greatly accelerated rate, I would be thankful.

Sense of Humor

Me: What are we going to get Greg for his birthday?

Chris: [with accent] I want a portrait of George Washington; small, green and lots of them.

I couldn't stop laughing.

Popular

The other day I took my car to get it's oil changed. When it was all done, the guy behind the counter handed me my key back and said it was outside to the right. My father and I walk outside to see about 5-6 magnesium colored Honda Civics [bite me, it's the name of the color]. Dad started walking towards one, but I knew it wasn't mine because I could see the license plate. After another half a second of contemplation I just starting hitting the unlock button on my remote until one of them starting blinking.

How Ironical

shutup
it's a word

In reference to my last post. Yes, I turned in my 2 weeks notice yesterday, on April Fools.

It wasn't a joke, but oh my was it funny. Mostly I am just realizing it now, but it's still hilarious.

And also, congrats to Jen and Dave on getting engaged.

Tired

13 days left until my last day at work

Sometimes I wonder if I will make it
