It's Good To Be The King

Just thought I'd pass this video of the documentary along. I've read enough about this (while writing a paper on Michel Foucault, for what it's worth), but never actually seen this documentary. Weird stuff, eh?
C: Seen it before
If you get a chance, look up the movie "Das Experiment", I recommend it.

A: Interesting and disturbing. I saw it years ago. similar one done a long time ago where the teacher divided the classroom into blue and brown eyed students (don't remember for sure which group was deemed positive). Speaks volumes about are base animal nature.
ch: I saw em both. I think the class seperation one was cool, and more teachers should do it.
me: I think they took turns. First the brown eyes were deemed positive, then the roles were reversed.
A: thank you for being my memory, Nov. I've always depended on the kindness of strangers.
: )
I wonder what they would have done with me and my hazel eyes?
me: Always here to help.
And of course, you would have been made ruler of them all with your hazel eyes. Because in the land of the blue and brown eyes, the hazel eyed man is king.
A: Marry me! Damn you.
(note: move to Salt Lake City, become a mormon, and practice polygamy)
: )
me: Ah, there is no need for that extreme (thank god), as I am once again single.
unless....you are the one who wishes to practice polygamy...
So thanks for the smile. They have been sorely lacking as of late.
A: Sometimes we tend to view things as the grass being greener on the other side...at least I do. Enjoy your singleness while you have it. You're too good of a woman for it to last long.
>unless....you are the one who wishes to practice pologamy...
That is what I intended to mean..but upon reflection I've since come to the conclusion that one woman is already more than any one man can handle in life...and still stay semi-sane.
My hat's off to any man that can be happy with multiple wives, because, frankly, women are the source of both great happiness and great consternation and knashing of teeth in life.
*and no doubt women say the same thing about men : )
