It's Funny

I Role Play with several people, some of who live in different countries (an online roleplaying game, get your minds out of the gutter).

We communicate mainly through instant messenger.

But with Yahoo instant messanger you can make calls from PC to PC, all you need are speakers and a microphone.

I was talking with another player, who lives in this country. Well, he was talking, and I was listening and typing back to him as I do not have a microphone. (I suck) It was pretty cool.

He and I have talked before. But it makes me wonder what some of the other players sound like. Because only having 'conversed' with them through messenger, you can't help but making up in your head what you think they sound like. And what strikes me as really funny, is that I can't picture any of them with accents.

Now, having an accent is subjective, because to them, I am sure, I'm the one with the accent. But I digress.

I'm sure I'm making no sense to those of you outside of my skull. But that is okay. We're all fine in here. :)
